One the glass is in place line up and reinstall the vinyl frame stoppers around the four edges of the glass pane as previously marked.
Ensure that the rubber side of the vinyl frame is touching the glass before lining it up in the ridge.
Push the sash against the frame until you can insert the opposite side of the sash in the frame.
Using a stiff mesh in the hole to add reinforcement for the fiberglass gel filler.
Lower the sash until it engages with the bottom of the replacement spring balances.
Inspect the vinyl strips.
Turn the window over and use your putty knife to cut the adhesive tape holding the window in the frame.
Slide the putty knife between the glass and the tape and break the bond holding the window in the frame.
Pop out the vinyl strip from the aluminum window frame.
