Those kenwood speakers can be had off amazon for under 30 pair and if you buy something else to bring the total to 35 or more you can get them shipped free. The 2008 chevrolet silverado has 5 problems reported for speakers stopped working. Bought a new pair of kenwood speakers from crutchfield and installed them last week. They work off the front door speakers.

Last week the 2 speakers on the passenger side quit. One of the door speakers quit working in my 2007 silverado. Front speakers in my 2008 silverado dont work all the time. Average repair cost is 1 000 at 50 150 miles.
